Beginning in November1998, National Public Radio broadcast regular
programs in a series, "The End of Life: Exploring Death in America". At
this site you can download transcripts of the original broadcasts, as
well as resources, a bibliography, and readings. There is also a
placeto tell your own story and give feedback to the programmers. Among
the topics covered in this series are palliative medicine at
life´s end, grief and bereavement, doctors and death,
reincarnation and Tibetan Buddhism, and the biology of suicide.
